Refunds
To request a full refund for surf lessons please do not call our office, a written request 72 hours prior to the start of your lesson should be sent via e-mail with your 4 digit reservation code and the last 4 digits of your credit card, that you used at the time of your booking Refunds cannot be processed without these. Once we receive your e-mail your request will be processed with our accounts department within 5-10 business days.
